Elton John left hand syncopation?
on: November 15, 2016, 01:10:42 AM
I don't know much about time signatures, but I presume he's hitting it 4 times per barre - twice quickly with a small pause, and then twice quickly again.

- 1:51
- 4:37

I tried playing it under a C maj scale going up and down: CDEFGABCBAGetc. Would that look right if all the RH notes were played at the same tempo? Anyway, I'd really like to know what it is exactly?

Less importantly, I'd also like to know exactly what LH pattern he's doing from 8:23 onwards? -
