old steinway d274(probably 80years) vs new yamaha c7
which should I buy? what do you think about it ?
I very care touch sensitivity

Since it is touch that you are most concerned about, seems to me that the thing to do is to play both instruments (assuming that the Steinway has been checked by a technician!) and see which you prefer. For myself, I would pick the Steinway without any question, and have my tech. adjust anything which needed it -- but I'm biased, as my normal practice piano is a 118 year old Steinway A, which is also used for concerts and recitals...

price is a big factor in decision. if the brand new yahama c7 grand sounds good and feels nice and doesn't leave me 'wanting more' then i'd get the new instrument, especially if the old ss D is beat to death or in need of a lot of work to get it up to snuff. if condition of the D is good and i like it and it's cheaper than the yam, i migth swing more towards the D. If the D is German that tips the scales significantly in favor of the SS.
