The dynamics not coming out as naturally as before when I practise
on: January 21, 2017, 10:13:44 PM
I am now having difficulty ekeing out the dynamics on the pieces that I'm playing both in physical and mental practise probably due to blandness and overplayedness, whereas before they just used to come out of their own volition out of my feelings and spontaneity of the moment, it was that way for a few weeks. Now they have to be forced and with great difficulty to the point where I make mistakes due to too much concentration involved. Is this normal? How do I graduate back again to being able to play out the dynamics and phrasing with ease, or is this a long phase that I have to go through.
