Hello,

How does one download the files from the links posted in some topics (i.e. "135.6 kb. - downloaded 17 times)? No download link is visible.

the file/links are likely no longer available hence not visible /active. you are likely seeing data from before when the files were there and one could download. it's likely turned off or taken down.
