Does anyone have a link to a PDF to this composer/pianist's solo piano piece, Polka Caprice, Op.1 No.3. And even if no sheet music access is available, I'm also interested in his biographical info as all I can track down is that he was born possibly in 1901 in the Netherlands. Any help will be gratefully appreciated with this long shot. Thanks and cheers!
