It's actually surprisingly manageable and fits really nicely under the hands. I think it's easier than any of the Chopin etudes of Op.10 or Op.25. It's difficult to grade though because of it's short length. I'd say if you have managed anything in grade 8 you'd be ready to tackle Preludio.
