Particular POP peice from the 60s wanted.

I am a beginner and am looking for an intermediate level score (but any will do really as I will change it to suit) of Little Eva - Do the locomotion. I have searched on Ebay and Amazon (the two sites I buy from) with no luck. just the score or within a 60s pop music book, not particular. Thanks.
