Chopin Impromptu #1 similarity to Concerto??

There is a short section in Chopin's First Impromptu (measures 51-52) that reminds me of something else, possibly one of the Chopin Concertos.

Does anyone know where else Chopin may have used this same theme?

I've hunted online and also checked Eleanor Bailie's book on Chopin's music, but I haven't yet found any discussion of this, so I'm beginning to wonder if I'm just imagining things...

I'm fairly confident that that motif shows up in the F minor concerto, possibly in the 3rd movement.

Well, this wouldn't be the first time a theme from a smaller Chopin piece showed up in a concerto ... there are multiple connections between the f minor concerto and the c-sharp minor nocturne (Op. posthumous).

Of course there are connections between the two: Chopin wrote the nocturne to help his sister learn to play the concerto
