The Prodigy Who Saw Into the Future – Lili Boulanger’s Piano Music

A teenage girl with forward-looking ideas, Lili Boulanger had enough determination to successfully navigate the competitive, patriarchal, and conservative music scene of Paris. Schubert lieder
on: October 02, 2017, 09:08:27 PM
Hi all. Lately I have thought about playing a Liszt transcription of a Schubert lied. But I don't know even close to all of them. Which ones do you think are the most underappreciated lieder? (And then I don't mean stuff like Erlkönig, Ave maria etc but the less known ones) Auf dem wasser du singen is my favorite of the lieder that I know but which ones do you like the most?
