There is a 'hardest' thread going on.  How about a thread for good pieces that are basically unknown?  Many of those 'toughest pieces' are pretty trashy haha.

Perhaps I went a bit overboard, but I really think pretty much all of these deserve more attention. Also, I have many more that I will list in another post when I have more time.

not only rarely heard, but so much like Schubert, it would be hard to place the composer just by listening if you had never heard it, I would certainly not guess Liszt. but it is, and it's lovely.
