Access to Old Accounts/Right to be Forgotten

Hi, I have e-mailed the admin address several times, but my inference is that nobody is checking.

I have a very old account on here (like, well over a decade ago was probably the last time I signed in on it) that got banned for trolling.  That's fine, I was a turd when I was a teenager; but I would really like to get back into the account to get rid of some shared personal information and my more embarrassing tantrums.

Can Nils please respond?  I don't think it's an unfair thing, and the request would certainly comport with the tenets of Right to be Forgotten laws in the EU, where Nils is from (and maybe where the servers are based?).
