Chopin - Ballade No. 4
on: August 01, 2018, 04:56:43 PM
Hello,

I recorded this a few months ago. This was intended to submitted as the preliminary round for the Ettlingen International Piano Competition. Yes, I did get in - the competition is in a week.

I wanted to put this video here for some constructive criticism. I'm 13 when I recorded this.

Here you go.
Pieces I'm working on:
Beethoven op. 109
Chopin Etudes op.10
Tchaikovsky Seasons June & October
Tchaikovsky Russian scherzo op. 1 no. 1
Tchaikovsky concerto 1
Mozart K 488
Rachmaninoff sonata 2

So how did it go in Ettlingen?

Haha, speak of the devil!

I literally JUST got back from the results, about 5 minutes ago.
Unfortunately - didn't receive a prize.

But, the process is the most important, isn't it?
Certainly a valuable experience.
