Dipabrsm Quick Study appeal (?)
on: October 01, 2018, 01:19:22 AM
Hi all,

My Dipabrsm Quick Study result is a bit disappointing

My teacher did not expect such a low mark and the comment doesn’t show how I can improve on.
They comment on my tempo was too fast, and said  “some music details were added”. I did pay attention to the dynamics, shaping, style and texture of the given piece, but they did not even mention any of these areas.

How does this sound to anyone? Are the examiners too harsh or was it just me?
Thanks

After not expecting such a low mark, did your teacher have anything practical to say to you?
