Old vs. new pianists comparison video

Hey, so I thought of making a video comparing the "old" famous pianists and more recent budding virtuosi. In particular it compares Hiromi Uehara, along with Yuja Wang and Khatia Buniatishvili, with the likes of Georges Cziffra and Art Tatum.

Can you define "old school" and "new school"?  I.e. what does each "school" represent?
