Medtner Piano Quintet - best Edition

Greetings all,

I'm looking for the best edition of Medtner's Piano Quintet to begin working on with a set of string players in my ensemble.  I've read of the Medtner Collected Edition being wonderful, but difficult to get ahold of.  IMSLP, of course, has an edition, but I'm wondering which would be the best edition, and how I might get ahold of it.  Any help/insights/leads you may be able to provide are much appreciated.
