How many own grands, but not your living space?
on: January 28, 2005, 03:04:24 PM
To kinda go along with my older thread about cash vs. finance (I will save cash) - I'm wondering how many of you own grand pianos, but rent your living space?

Thanks

-Paul

Piano moving is rarely trouble free. I did get one scratch on the side of the grand when i moved it last (about 6 months ago), not too big but i can still see it. It doesnt effect the sound of the piano though, so im not too fussed, its only a piano after all. The annoying thing is to get a piano removalist, because that is always a 150$ fee. And then having to tune it afterwards, but I taught myself early on how to tune (use to tune 2nd pianos in an old warehouse for pocket money when i was in highschool), ive probably saved myself thousands of dollars lol. Just gotta learn how to carry grands on my back now.
