Hello,

I've stopped playing piano for years and am looking to resume practicing to forget the self quarantine stress.

I'm thinking about starting with some etudes. I've learned (not mastered) some Chopin etudes before (Op. 10 1, 5, 8, 9, 12  Op. 25 1, 2, 9, 12). I may start another Chopin etude, but can anyone recommend any other etudes that good for high intermediate/early advanced level? Would Moszkowski (Op 72) be a good choice for self learning/practicing?

I like Cramer's Etudes. There's an edition of 50 of them by von Bulow, who was the court pianist for Mad Ludwig, the guy who built that fantastic, Disneyesque castle in Bavaria. Those etudes are not as hard as the Chopin, but they are much more interesting musically than any of Czerny's.
