I found it. It is the Symphony 104, 3rd movement (The minuette and trio). I found it in the book "Form in Music", by Stewart Macpherson, available on scribd. It is a great book! I found almost everything up to chapter VIII (what I plan to study in the folowing months). If anyone wants to read this book and wants those reconrdings, ask me!
