I have highlighted the bit im stuck on here https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v349/aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa/chopinagain.jpg

When theres a x Im under the impression that you go up a note, but do you go up again if the note should be a sharp?

Is this right?

x means a double sharp. You sharp the note and then you sharp it again. Ignore the key signature.

So in the left hand you have:

C double sharp = D natural
G double sharp = A natural

On the right hand you have:

F double sharp = G natural

Best wishes,
Bernhard.
