Recognizable themes
on: January 12, 2021, 01:12:19 PM
Hello, hope you can help.

I am looking for piano pieces that have very clear themes and motives in them.

Like: Rondo Alla Turca _Mozart or wedding at Troldhaugen _ Grieg or Ronda e Capriccio

Any suggestions?

Of the top of my mind:

Beethoven: Fur Elise
Beethoven: Moonlight Sonata mvmt 1
Chopin: Nocturne in Eb op 9 no 2
Debussy: Clair de Lune
Rachmaninoff: Prelude in g minor op 23 no 5

Did you have any specific in mind? What do you need this for?
