This musicbasics guy on yt

has anyone else seen this guy on their recommended because and i hate to sound too elitist but something just annoys me about him. he's basically garnered a cult following making these 5 levels of videos which is something that been rinsed to death on yt and his own performances. i have no problem with you if you enjoy his content or even if you like his playing but imo all of his videos sort of over dramatise already great music. like take for example his video "5 classical pieces but epic" or something along those lines where he takes rachs prelude in c# minor, one of the most dramatic pieces around, and plays it by holding his hands over the keyboard in an obi wan costume. it just feels a little disrespectful to the art and artist. i'd like to hear if anyone else has seen this guys videos and thought this too.

I don't really mind him. I know him from back in the day and I like his "Fires of a revolution" composition. He has very good technique but plays mechanically. Here's trying to make videos which catch attention, which is required for YouTube stardom. I don't really care about whether or not someone's playing is disrespectful. His 5 levels videos are kind of bad, but I don't hate him or anything.

I also liked the videos where he performed fan compositions.
