Original Piano Composition: Nocturne
on: February 22, 2021, 11:06:52 AM
Hi,

I have posted a piano composition called "Nocturne" (in a melancholic and contemplative genre) if you want to check it out and let me know your opinion.

Thanks.

Cool piece and nice playing! Make sure to post more :)

If I'd give one piece of feedback it would be that sometimes harmonies mix where I think I'd preferred if you changed the pedal, so you have a clean pedal when there is a new harmony.

Pretty tune.

I think if you have the intention of smearing harmonies you need to make it more obvious.  Otherwise, it would be advisable to change the pedal when you change to a new chord.  Bass notes sustain longer, so they also have a tendency to blur more without a pedal change.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

It reminds me of Richard Clayderman.
