What is "medicated powder"?? :O
Oh, you poor child!
Whatever you ask me, I guarantee you won't like the answer.
I am a crude man.
But, actually, "Gold Bond" is a kind of talcum-based powder which has menthol added. The spray canister is designed for easy application.
Surprisingly, it is effective as such: yes, its purpose is to dry damp spots on the flesh, but this is a superior product compared to old-fashioned talcum powder one applies by hand.
See?
I will answer questions, any time, especially on Fridays, but the answers may be a bit more detailed than desired.
ANYWAY this particular Friday I might try the Ravel Valse n°1 again. But my new Ibanez AF55 is supposed to be arriving, via this ridiculous company named "FedEx" (they suck!).
So, I've got my tuning fork A=440, and anticipate spending hours trying to fix whatever those rubes broke in transit.
Plus, I don't have any guitar picks, so I'll have to use my fingers, like a barbarian.
/* Oh, here's a utube
link of some dude playing that tune "Darn That Dream." I only link because it's a pretty good demonstration of the unplugged instrument, and the player looks remarkably identically to a friend from grad school, which cracks me up, but I still haven't sent him the link on FB. Yeah, this guy effed up the chords to the first bridge, but I guess that's about what I'd be doing with the guitar, just unplugged, take off the right armrest from my chair at my home office desk.
Oh, and this Friday? Yeah, the Ravel is on my mind, but I decided to buy a bottle of Bushmills "The Original." I really prefer Black Bush, but I had to see what their core expression was like
I would say, unremarkable. Spend the few extra quid for Black Bush.
