Recommend me your favorite works by Fauré

I've started enjoying Faurés nocturnes quite a lot as of late. I would like to get into Fauré's music more, and would very much enjoy if you could recommend me some more piano pieces of his that are worth hearing. Either your favorite pieces, or just pieces you like.

I'd recommend the fourth Nocturne in E flat but I see you are already into the Nocturnes. But it's really quite wonderful.

I am a big fan of the barcarolles. No. 4 in A-flat, Op. 44 is a particular favorite of mine.

Holy crap, I almost forgot barcarolle no. 6 in E-flat. That's another one of my favorites

I absolutely love all of his nocturnes, barcorolles and his ballade.
My best recommendation would be his ballade for piano and orchestra op. 19.
Also, if you like just to listen, try listening to his Penelope.

I really enjoy his nocturnes, in particular No.13 in b minor Op.119. It is very unique and quite different from Chopin. This is my favorite piece by Faure. I also like No.6 in D flat major Op.63. It is a stark contrast from the dark No.13. I also quite like the more simple No.11 in F sharp minor Op.104 No.1.

Beyond this, all of his nocturnes and barcarolles are enjoyable.

I am a huge fan of his theme and variations. Very unique and a wonderful piece. I find the Faure album by Hannes Minnaar very good and he plays a number of pieces not listed as well as the 13th nocturne and theme and variations.

My current favourite is the Impromptu no. 3 in A-flat.

Without a doubt impromptu 6 op. 81a, originally for harp. Late ish faure with an unmistakable gothic style second theme and virtuosity in enormous abandon, I remember learning it and feeling like it's some French rachmaninov in parts. Not well known and generally not published with the other 5 impromptu since its not considered part of the "canon". Just gorgeous.

Otherwise I'll vouch for all the barcarolle unequivocally, especially nr. 2 and the thick heavy middle ones.

Almost all of them! - perhaps most especially the chamber works, of which each and every one is a gem.

Unfortunately I am not a big fan of Collard's Fauré, I feel he is way too heavy handed. He lacks the legato and truly delicate touch I need for my Fauré.
