Which is the melody in Ravel's Pavane?

The question above. What I can understand is that the key dwells in the first page of the score. And in the half of the third one, there is a new one.
And that is a challenge specially in Impressionism music (my humble excuses to both Debussy and Ravel for use this term).

I'm not sure I understand your question, can you clarify? The melody is in the top voice for the majority of the piece, as far as I can tell.
