New to the piano so please go easy on me - been practicing this G7 run for a week. Appregio-ish in style, but kind of hopping too.

RH : G - B - D -F
LH :  G -  B - D - G

Like most of us, you are rushing to play it fast— so notes are being missed in the run.  I would suggest you practice very slowly, checking that every note is audible and even. Don’t speed up until you master it slowly and don’t  play it faster than you can manage the accuracy.

We can’t see your hands: are you rotating your forearm/hand in the direction of the next note?  It will help.

Believe it or not, runs played accurately sound faster than the actual rate.

Is there any way you can get better sound quality?

It sounds uneven and clumpy, making it hard to hear the individual notes. Also, the pause between each of the groups of arpeggios is too long, and that is a technical deficiency.

I have to agree with dogperson here -- the way to play fast is to analyze your movements to reach a point where your playing mechanism is very efficient. There's nothing wrong with attempting to play fast, but you are seriously rushing the process here, and it won't lead to a stable end result.
