Those are lovely - it's so nice to be surprised by something new listening to this beatiful but overplayed piece. It's fascinating to think that had you been able to go to a concert to hear Chopin, he could have played this, or more probably something completely different made up in the moment.

good stuff! Wasn't sure about the variants at first but it's actually good to hear some variety when listening to an old super famous piece that's always been performed in the same old identical way.

A previously unknown manuscript by Frédéric Chopin has been discovered at New York’s Morgan Library and Museum. The handwritten score is titled “Valse” and consists of 24 bars of music in the key of A minor and is considered a major discovery in the wold of classical piano music. Read more
