Pianist Lene Orthmann

Does anyone on the forum have any biographical information about the pianist Lene Orthmann? She was one of two pianists (the other was Ferdinand Foll) on the 1928 recording of Hans Duhan's Winterreise (Duhan was the first singer to record the Schubert song cycles Winterreise and Die schöne Müllerin). Orthmann was also active as singer and writer between 1909 and 1934.

I tried making a google search for "Lene Orthmann" and there is only like 400 results on the entire internet, which is really low, and none of the top links I checked had any biographical info on her. Maybe that info has just been lost to time.
