What is the average price of Shigeru SK3, 2004, excellent condition, one owner?  I got an offer for 40,000$.  Is this too expensive?

I have the exact same question. I am thinking about getting a new Shigeru Kawai SK2 or SK3. Really appreciate it if someone here can give some hints on the price range.
