In terms of technique required to play the beginning. Right hand has to  play 12 (later 6) notes, make a wide leap and repeat the cycle without a pause.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean with your question. Can you clarify a bit what you are feeling challenged by?

Oh, yeah. These constant fast leaps which usually make the performance quite uneven (it can be heard in some recordings).
