Surprisingly, I couldn't find a reference for the fingerings of these scales.  I'm working on my basic tech and wanted to learn these as part of my scale work.

Anyone know a reputable source for the fingerings?

Not sure about reputable sources. But does it have to be more complicated than 123 1234 or 1234 123 depending on which note you start on and where the black keys are?

Yeah, you want the coordination to be one of the usual ones when in both hands and there are some intervals on 3-4 and 2-3 that one tries to avoid when possible.

I guess I'll just figure some out.

Ok, I've worked out the piano fingerings for the double harmonic scales.  They're as follows.  An underlined number means it's only the fingering for starting on the tonic.  They are definitely the best among 'no thumbs on black keys' fingerings; many of these scales only had one possible way to organize them as such.  This resulted in a couple with larger crossover/thumb-under distances than usual scales, so they're probably useful to practice for passagework in general.

So, all of these fingers satisfy no-thumbs-on-black-keys, and there is a crossover/thumb-under of an augmented second if and only if there is no other way.  If so, it's a (14) crossover/thumb-under instead of (13) if and only if there is no other way.

The 'gypsy minor' scale is simply the 4th mode of the major scale.  So, C Gypsy Major gives you a fingering for F Gypsy Minor.

If someone wants to give thumb-on-the-black-keys fingerings for the ones with the augmented second crossovers/thumb-unders then feel free.
