Ginzburg Cadenza for HR2

Hi,
I've been collecting cadenzas for HR2 just for fun.
Gleb Axelrod apparently plays the same cadenza as Ginzburg, so I thought there is a manuscript for it, and therefore should be published or at least in an archive. But I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find the manuscript or a decent transcription?
