Classical Repertoire Alternating fast/slow music

Hi I’m looking for classical piano pieces that alternate relatively short sections of fast and slow music for music classes.
So far I’ve only found Mozart dmin Fantasia, Schumann Frightening (scenes of childhood) and a Grieg waltz.
Any other suggestions?

Do you mean there have to be multiple fast and multiple slow sections? Because otherwise some Chopin nocturnes with slow outer sections and a fast middle section qualify:

I guess the 10th prelude maybe qualifies?

Thanks for the suggestions but the sections are much too long in the nocturnes. Really looking for something like a quick rondo with slow episodes between the theme. It’s for a kiddies music class.

What about the prelude I posted? How long should the fast and slow sections be on average?

I don't exactly know what you mean, but how about Beethoven's op. 10 no. 1 (mvt. 1). It starts off really explosive and after about half a minute it cools down and a little later it speeds up again, etc.

I Found the answer. If I use Variations - Mozart/Beethoven etc I can alternate sections of slow and fast variations ad lib and it all sort of fits together.
