Record player advice
on: June 16, 2022, 07:18:23 AM
Hello piano players!

I play piano since 2006 when I was 6 y.o. I had a big stop for a 6 years of playing piano but now I try to continue improving my skills.. Now I'm in process of recalling how to play both hands and it's actually not easy as I thought. So I think that I need to listen classic music more then I used to. I want to dive into the atmosphere so now I'm looking for the record player. What players do you use? I found these ones but not sure about how they sounds so I need your advice here.

Thank you

Also interested.  My record broke... ten or twenty years ago.... When I looked (probably ten years ago) direct drive looked better than a belt driven one.  Those belts are just a rubber ring that can dry up or expand and contract.  Having USB out looked good to convert to digital and not put more wear and tear on a record.

I had the same. There is supposed to be something like muscle memory. Step by step to your goal. Good luck.
