how do you play these trill bars?

on valse opus 64 no.1 in D flat major on bar 10 there is a (trill ~).
what notes do i play in this bar? is it like this
f,e flat,(e flat,f, e flat,d or d flat
,e flat), d,e flat. the bracket is the trill part~.
i cant figure out what notes to play because this score is written in d flat major. please help ta.

it's not a trill - it's just a mordent. play
f - es - (f-es-f-es) - d - es

thanks that works perfectly
. but on bar 12 do i do the same thing? on bar 10 ther is 2 e flats and on bar 12 thers onli one.

yes, you are right. since you don't have an es before the mordent, it should be played simply es-f-es. so, the bar is:
f - (es-f-es) - d - es - f - b
