For Waltzes, most of them are doable.
I haven't heard of a Waltz in C Minor by Chopin but perhaps you're talking about the C-Sharp Minor Op.64 No.2?
Some doable ones are Op.34 No.2, Anything from Op.64, Op.70 has some nice ones, if you wanto to go for the more challenging, then the Op.34 No.1 and Op.18 are also quite fun. Op.42 is a bit on the harder side though based on the two pieces you listed.
Some Current Repertoire:
Scriabin: Sonatas 2,4 and 5
Chopin: Ballade 1,4, Scherzo 1
Rachmaninoff: Concerto 3
Ravel: Gaspard de la Nuit
Barber: Sonata
Beethoven: Appassionata

Maybe you can try Nocturne in E flat major and The Minute Waltz? I'm not sure if they are Chopin but those were really wonderful pieces. Hope this helps.

They are indeed pieces by Chopin!

His Waltz in A-Flat major, Op. 42 is nice, and not nearly as difficult as it initially looks(that might be my large hands talking though).
Not a waltz, but I'll also recommend the Op. 55 No. 1 Nocturne in F minor. It's one of his easier Nocturnes, and quite rewarding in my opinion.
