Difficulty in Chopin's Étude op 10 no 3

The middle section is pretty a challenge, specially if you want to play faster the parts of the third and sixth intervals. Do you have any advice, tips or recommendations so you can play it accurately and faster?

I have played this Etude before, but it's difficult to give generic advice without seeing what you're struggling with. I can make a blanket statement that you need to be very physically free from tension if you want to play it quickly and comfortably.

Depending upon the size of your hands, the key to speed and accuracy in the middle section is following the slurs Chopin places over each two-sixteenth grouping and using the lateral motion of the wrist to align your index fingers and middle fingers of each hand as pivots to get to the second sixteenth of each group. The wrist should kind of “swoop” in contrary motion using those pivots, with index pivot for inward motion and the middle for outward motion. I try to aim for those fingers parallel to the key on arrival each time.

Hi, here is a recording of how I am playing this part. The metronome is at 156 bpm per octave.

I hope my hands are viewed clearly. Any advice and feedback is welcome.
