Welcome to the forums. That's unfortunately a very vague and broad question that's difficult to answer without knowing your technical abilities or what you're having trouble with. Like the best tip I can give without more info is "practice it with good technique" but that's stating the obvious. Can you clarify what you are having trouble with?
