Which Urtext-Edition do you prefer for Bellini-Liszt S. 394?

I use the Dover edition, which is basically a reprint of a Russian edition. I'm fairly sure there is a version edited by von Sauer, which I'd imagine you could rely upon. Iirc the von Sauer editions are published by Peters.

What a coincidence! I just hopped on here to ask for tips on this piece because I'm going to start learning it haha

I've actually read bad reviews about the Sauer edition for Liszt. I usually check out bestsheetmusiceditions.com for references and they warn that the Sauer edition has been known to contain lots of typos and editing errors. Their recommendations have been really accurate with the good editions in the past so I trust their warning haha

The current leading experts in Liszt's works are the books published by Editio Musica Budapest (EMB) but these editions are expensive as hell. Nevertheless, Norma is a part of their book in the series called "Free Arrangements V" you can find it here https://www.kotta.info/en/product/12394/LISZT-FERENC-Free-Arrangements-V-II-5

I personally bought the Dover edition. I'd heard good reviews about it and it was much much much cheaper.
