Trill in Fugue in g major book 2

Hello all,
I am having a bit of trouble understandig exactly how fast and with how many notes (and in which way) The left hand trills in the gmajor fugue book 2 are played. THose performers I heard so far,  play them  too fast and I can't figure out what they're doing. Can anyone help?

Are you talking about the fugue in Das Wohltemperierte Klavier book 2? In my score they are normal trills, so you start on the note above the note and then do a trill at whatever speed and duration seems tasteful to you.

My guess is that you are hearing the following played for the G major fugue of WTC book 2:

16th measure from the end - LH trill:
g f# g f# g f# g f# g f# e f#  - played as 32nd notes.  (g = g natural, f# = f-sharp, etc)

14th measure from the end - LH trill:
e d e d e d e d e d c# d  - played as 32nd notes.

12th measure from the end - LH trill:
d c# d c# d c# d c# d c# b c#  - played as 32nd notes.


Lelle's answer sounds good to me - I'm trying to guess what you are hearing on your recorded performances.
