Moderation of comments about articles
on: May 19, 2023, 01:56:26 AM
Do you think it might be a good idea for whoever censors comments about articles to send a brief email to the writer in cases of rejection ? I comment very seldom anyway but I have had two or three rejected over the last few years. Rejection doesn't bother me but if I am not told why I might repeat my mistakes and spend time thinking and writing for nothing.

My last comment has just appeared after a delay of a few days and I cannot remember precisely what I said in the rejected ones so we’ll let the matter rest for now.

Some websites where you can comment freely (without an account) use a moderator who manually approves comments, so you don't get a bunch of crazy stuff in the comments. It might be the case that piano street does that.
