Mephisto waltz or tarantella

Which one is harder technically and musically overall. I think about the venezia napoli tarantella.

Both pieces are extremaly difficult and should be played very fast, like most Liszt's piano pieces. But waltz is more longer and more fatiguing, however tarantella actually seems to be harder.

I think the Mephisto waltz is overall more difficult but at this level I think it's somewhat subjective depending on your strengths as a pianist.

I just learned the tarantella, performed at a few concerts, I think at the summer I will jump straight to the mephisto

They are both very demanding in technicality. Mephisto Waltz is probably the more musical of the two, but also longer by a minute or two (depending on the performer). But If I were to choose the overall more demanding piece it would go to the Tarantella.

i think they are on the same level, it is subjective. By the way they are very demanding piece but i preffer the mephisto waltz
