I am learning Beethoven Sonata No. 3 in C Major, Op. 2, no. 3. Does anyone have suggestions, general or particular, in regard executing to the trills on the last page of the last movement? They are particularly difficult, and its seems that at the very least I'll have to slow down the trill when it goes to double thirds in the right hand.

If you learn the technique you shouldn't have to slow it down (unless you got machine gun fast single note trills). I recommend a fingering like 23 15 or 24 15 as it is easier to trill thirds fast with. For an overall well-rounded technique, you'll have to learn how to trill with fingerings such as 13 24 , 13 25, 14 25 (like in Chopin's thirds etude) at some point but you don't force yourself to do that for this piece! Make sure you are very relaxed, if you tense your hand trying to force the trill to happen you're dead.
