Meanwhile, on LPW, most of the time every writes paragraphs upon paragraphs without ever actually saying something.
The only exception in recent times is LIIW; he usually brings up a ton of good points in the numerous arguments he's had with P_P.
There were others, a while back. There was an argument between LIIW and AHinton around page 197-201 (I think) that was pretty fun to read.

Well, the first few pages were pretty entertaining, and then it broke out into the pointless images for however long. perfect_pitch could have even had a permanent win if he didn't mess up the whole thread for himself.

True. TBH I pay more attention to inactivity on LPW because it's so frequent posting on there that I can't help to be confused when there's a complete 3 day absence. But there are longer breaks on this thread.

Which is why I don't care about the post count competition thing that was here a long time ago. It's not necessary as long as you keep the thread going, or keep your win in the hat, and the "pointless, substanceless" posts are just nice distractions anyways.

It is pretty funny.
It also takes a ton of random turns, as you would probably expect from the "one word per post" limit.

I do recommend reading it from the start rather than just reading the most recent post. IMO it makes reading the story more enjoyable if you can't immediately see what comes next.

latg is right, this thread does take multiple hiatuses from time to time because people have stuff going on. Apparently this thread is of p_p and j_tour's utmost priorities, though, otherwise those might go periodically unnoticed too. I have a lot going on this year (or I mean hopefully I won't procrastinate and waste time on the internet as much) and might not be on this forum too often in the near future (we'll see though).
