Help finding this D major version of the Eighteenth Variation from Rhapsody.....

At one time, I managed to download or screenshot a page of the Eighteenth Variation from Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini" in D major (not the usual version).  I only have one page and i have been desperately searching the internet through images and reverse images to find it...but alas, I cannot.  Can anyone help me fine this?  SEE ATTACHMENT
