Help identify instrumental composition near 1950

Good day! Please help with identifying of this instrumental composition.
Unfortunately, there are no sound recordings, I picked up the melody by ear.
I heard it in a call center. The melody was probably performed by wind instruments, I don't remember exactly. At the end there was a passage on the violin.
