How would you play this?

I'm having trouble deciding how to play this section out of Chopin's Fantaisie Op 49 (measure 174). I'm not sure if I should play it as some weird poly(takes too much brain power haha), sound the lower LH note with 1st RH note and upper LH note with 2nd RH note(tempo seems too fast for this?), anticipate the LH chords, or just play the LH as the RH is written (but why was LH not written like RH then and was written as rolled chords?)

I sync the top note of the rolled chords with the beat, so together with the first note of the right hand triplet. So the earlier notes of the rolled chord come before the beat, and are played quicker than the right hand's notes.
