Help with my Soren Jensen Butterfly piano

Hi to everyone, I'm Ivan from Italy and I need help to underStand what can I do with this piano.
I know that it was built in Denmark at the beginning of the 20th century and I know that it's quite rare. I also know that it is in very bad conditions, so what can I do? Is there the possibility to sell it to someone that can appreciate its value and restore it?
