The big website thread
on: February 21, 2005, 08:42:00 PM
I was just wondering if you all know ANY good websites for piano related material, whether it be a young artist's site (or old), practice tips, archives, philosophy on playing.
We should all share and learn.
Here is what I've found (mostly sites of performers)
https://staff.mwsc.edu/~bhugh/piano-practice.html#principles
https://www.musictheory.net/
https://www.piano-e-competition.com/2004Contestants.htm
https://www.valentinalisitsa.com/valhome.html
https://www.englishdaily626.com/piano/p-videos.html
https://www.bradmehldau.com/mehldau/
https://www.columbia.edu/itc/music/reserves/cd5027.html
https://www.elenakuschnerova.com/index.html?kuschnerova-video.htm
https://www.iospiano.ru/
https://www.serg.vangennip.com/www/video.html
https://www.meiting.com/

Well explained, scientific study of anatomy, biomechanics and ergonomics to justify technique. Includes some short videos, and plenty of graphics to get points across.

Great helpful sites, thanks!
Not a bad site for sheet music, it is a pay site but do have a free music as well. I enjoy using scorch!

Sheetmusicarchive.net still remains the best though...
