Karl Schonberg

Hi Everyone,
I have an upright Karl Schonberg piano, light brown colour, approx 40 years old. It's been tuned regularly. I need to upgrade to another piano but a bit hesitant as this has been in our family for quite some time and i don't really want to part with it as i'm emotioanally tied to it. What is your honest opinion about the quality of this piano? Would you think it's worth keeping? It has two pedals rather than three. I have more specifications if you need. Honest opinion please and thankyou in advance. Your thoughts are much appreciated. Thankyou!
